Malia is a New England native with over twenty years of experience
in professional makeup artistry. After starting her career in Boston with the
prestigious MAC Cosmetics, she relocated to New York City to expand her experience further.
While living in New York, she found inspiration from both the city itself
and working alongside some of the most prominent makeup artists in the industry.
What she loved the most was New York Fashion week, where her work was featured in shows
such as Rodarte, Proenza Schouler, Mara Hoffman, and Badgley Mishka, to name just a few.
In 2018, Malia graduated from Catherine Hinds Institute of Esthetics, which helped her add to her expertise in the beauty industry. Now, in addition to being a makeup artist, Malia is a lash artist who specializes in both classic and volume lash extensions., She is also a certified lash lift technician.
Since moving back to Boston, Malia can be found spending time with family and friends,
traveling throughout the US and Europe, listening to music, and continuing to explore
the infinite possibilities of her artistry that she first discovered as a little girl.
